Mám aplikaci android,vpocitaci mi apl kace funguje nm

U androida se mám přihlásit k Microsoftu ke školnímu účtu,ale nelze se přihlásit,Microsoft chce ověření mého účtu ale vždy mi zdeli že nelze ověřit.Takze v androidu Adobe nefunguje.
