on iOS version of Acrobat Pro DC, why aren't bookmarks available when in the review mode of a shared pdf?

That seems to be dependent on where is iOS installed.
Contrary to using iPad OS, if you are running Adobe Acrobat Mobile in iPhone OS it seems that some premium features are not fully unlocked.
