Option to prevent "This page does not reflow" message

I would like to have an option to prevent the dialogue from appearing while in reading mode. I can clearly understand when Acrobat reader is unable to reflow a page, and on top of that I find it distracting.

This is incorrect. The error only appears after you attempt to reflow a document; that indicates that it's not the default behavior, as your answer implies. It also indicates that it's possible to turn the behavior off. So this question isn't "answered" until you tell us some way of doing this. (Ctrl-4 is ineffective.)
