Paying for subscription but doesn‘t work

I got an annual plan. I‘m paying. I can see it in the app store, but the app says I‘m a free user and I can‘t restore anything. Also found no way to get in contact with someone.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

 

You may check the following steps and let me know if that helps:-

Check if your iPad is connecting with internet. Make sure you are logged-in with same Adobe ID which you have used on iPhone. Launch Acrobat Reader app -> Click on Settings (human-like icon on the top right of Home page) -> Subscriptions -> Restore purchases.
