pdf files will not display in the gmail app or download onto my phone.  If I read the same email via web version of gmail the pdf file is displayed.

I'm using Android 6 with HTC 7.0 and AR 19.3.0.9016

I've cleared data from AR.  I've stopped the app and restarted?

Hello,

Sorry for the delay in response.

As you have mentioned above, when you try to open the PDF attachment from Gmail application it does not open.

- Do you get any error message?

- Are you not able to open any of the attachment or some particular PDF attachment?

- Are you not able to download the attachment on the device? If yes, then it does not seems to be an issue with Adobe Acrobat reader application.

Please provide more details about the issue.

Let us know if you need any help.

Regards,

Meenakshi
