impossible to visualize the file receive by mail

i already called the apple store to know more about the fact ibook/pdf reader is missing in activities list
i quote
"this is a adobe product/feature and it's not supported by our services. Please enter in contact with adobe directly for support if needed."

So, are you using an Adobe app? Do you send your PDF to the Acrobat Reader app? Even then most interactive things do not work in iOS at all. View it on Windows or Mac.

Unfortunately i have to be against your saying.
I did some test on some ipad of our fleet.
the adobe app seems working properly on some ipads and other no.
the ibook/pdf reader is missing in activities list and with other no.
Btw when the pdf reader appears in the activities list, the pdf interactive feature work properly.

No idea what you mean by “iBook/pdf reader missing from activity list”. afobe’s App is never called “PDF reader”. iBooks have nothing to do with Adobe. What app shows this “activity list”?

No, iBook is a self contained Apple feature and no way involves the Adobe Reader application. Apple gave you wrong info about that.

ok ok ok maybe the informations provide by Apple support are in correct, but still it does not explain why adobe reader doesn't appear inside the activity list in order to open the pdf inside the mail.

Which mail app is it? The list is made by the app. Some app (like Safari) don’t show Acrobat Reader. In Safari you have to view the PDF then send it.

We are using the generic mail application inside the Ipad.

Can you send it once the PDF is open in the mail app, as in Safari?

Also, did you try the More selection? I don't use Mail but it works for me in GMail.
