Prepare forms button missing

Where is this button.  I'm trying to create fillable pdf but prepare forms button is not listed as an option.

Hi Taughtology,

As you are trying to prepare a PDF form, could you please confirm the Adobe application you are using?

If you are looking for the "Prepare Form" option in the Adobe Acrobat Reader on your mobile device, you will not find it there.

Prepare Form option is only available in the Adobe Acrobat DC desktop application.

It is not possible to create a PDF form in the Adobe Acrobat Reader for the mobile device.

Let us know if you are not able to find the Prepare Form tool in the desktop application.

Is this functionality available in the Adobe Document Cloud?

I am trying to create a PDF file with a few textboxes with specific field names so that it can be programatically filled out. I see the options for creating/editing PDF files but don't see the options to see the field properties in the browser based offering. In Acrobat DC desktop application the Prepare Form button worked. Is there an online equivalent in Adobe Document Cloud?

This functionality is only in Acrobat. Acrobat is only on Windows and Mac. There is no online or mobile equivalent.
