Hi There,
I purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro DC on the 11th June 2018. Transaction ID 0-37G741349L3130212.
This purchase is not showing up, I have followed the download instructions to no avail. Please advise as to the next steps I should take.

As you are not able to view the purchase, could you please let us know where exactly you are checking?
You can check all your Adobe products under your account here Sign in - Adobe ID.
Make sure that you use the same Adobe ID (email address) that you used while purchasing the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.
We are not able to locate any details using the transaction ID that you have shared above.
Please check if the transaction ID is correct.
Can you share the email address that you used while purchasing the product, in a private message?
You can initiate the private message using the steps mentioned here How Do I Send Private Message.
