Just to confirm I am experiencing the issue.

Highlights on acrobat Pro / PC - Windows 10 do Show up on Android.

Highlights on Android are dropped the moment the same pdf is opened on PC and saved over.

To Also confirm, all my apps are updated.

As you have mentioned above, when you add the comments to PDF on the mobile application, they do not reflect on the desktop application.

If that is correct, would you please confirm if you are adding comments to the PDF saved under Document Cloud.

Does this issue occur with all the PDFs on which you add comments?

Please make sure that the comments are saved to the PDF.

Check if both the device is connected to the Internet, then only the files will sync.

The comments will only reflect on the PDFs which are saved under the Document Cloud on both the devices.

If the issue still occurs, please provide the details as asked below:

- Adobe Acrobat Reader version on the mobile device

- OS version on the mobile device

- Share any sample PDF on which the issue occurs. You may share the file with the steps provided in the following help link How to share a file using Adobe Document Cloud
