This problem still exists!! I just lost very important data due to this issue! So frustrated. This problem should have been fixed by now! It was addressed in February and is still around. Also, i can't seem to find any previous version of PDF on the cloud to at least restore something.

Hello,

Sorry for the delay in response.

We have tried to replicate the issue on our end. The application is working fine.

Please make sure that the phone is connected to the internet when saving the document and connection is not intermittent.

Could you please let us know the applicaiton version you are using on your mobile device?

What is the OS version on the device?

Share the exact workflow you do. Are you adding comments to PDF in the Desktop application or the mobile application?

When you save the document, check the comments are saved there or not.

We will be waiting for your response.

Regards,

Meenakshi

The problem occurs when you open app and the file is already opened, opened with the older version. Also if you're not connected to internet and file is already opened, when it opens it still has the older version and would overwrite the new one once closed.

You are probably testing it with the file being properly closed in the app.
