The issue is not fixed.  Jut updated iPhone 6s to ios12 and Adobe acrobat reader stopped working even though it states that it has been upgraded to the latest version which is supposed to work on this device.  I still have my pdf files on the phone but when I open Acrobat it freezes up right after opening with nothing working in the app, non of the options, buttons etc are responsive.  Ive reset a number of times to no avail

I don’t know about acrobat but for me with adobe fix, the majority of the main issues were fixed. I had a couple of remaining glitches and what resolved them was deleteing the app and adding it again. No more issues at all.

Good luck I know how frustrating this can be.

Hi tomtomthumb,

I too have an iPhone 6s, running iOS 12. For me Acrobat seems to be working just fine. I just riffed through opening and paging through 20+ documents in my Document Cloud, some larger than 10Mb in size, and I didn’t see any performance issue.

Have you upgraded to the latest Acrobat? In my phone’s Settings App, under Adobe Acrobat, I see version 18.09.14 (which, according to the App Store’s version History, was just today updated from 18.09.13. Can you make sure you have this latest update installed?

I updated from 18.07.30 To 18.09.14 directly, so completely missed the .13 version. Perhaps it had some issues that were fixed In .14.
