I too am having this problem. There used to be some kind of a pop up where you could not miss the signature. Now, several months later, not only does the signature field not show, but the submit button works even though the Signature field is required! What happene? Has anyone found a work around? Is there another app that recognizes signature fields? I can’t recommend Acrobat Reader anymore for this reason.
