Hi ronm68901788,

Is this what you see when you try to open your PDF document in Acrobat Reader on your iPhone?

XFAForm.png

If so, you have a special type of form called "static XFA form" or "dynamic XFA form".

Adobe Reader mobile apps (for iOS, Android, Windows Phone) do not support static or dynamic XFA forms that are authored with Adobe LiveCycle Designer.

Please use the desktop version of Adobe Reader on a Windows or Mac computer to view and fill out XFA forms.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
