I did check that you have purchased the Adobe Export PDF service.

However, the service is not purchased directly from Adobe.

It seems that you have purchased the service from the Google Play store as you are using the Android device.

If yes, you need to cancel your subscription directly from Google Play Store. You may take help of the steps mentioned in the link Cancel, pause, or change a subscription on Google Play - Android - Google Play Help.

Please refer this help document Cancel your membership or subscription | Adobe Acrobat, Document Cloud PDF services to cancel the service.

Also, check the return policy here Conditions for Adobe product returns.
