Hi,
I only downloaded acrobat but was charged for the Export PDF. I contacted Google support to request for refund but they told me to ask you instead. I already had it cancelled. Can you refund it back to my card?

I have checked that you had purchased the Adobe Export PDF service from the Play store on your Android device.
The service has been canceled now. However, as the service was not purchased from Adobe Store there is nothing that can be done from our end.
I see that you have canceled the service on the same day of the purchase. In this case, you will get a full refund for the service. The refund amount credits in the account within 3-5 business working days. If the refund amount did not credit to your account, I would suggest to contact the Google support team as the refund will be initiated from their end.

I already spoke with google about this matter. They said they cannot
process the refund since the payment went directly to you. Is it not your
responsibility to communicate with google since it is YOUR policy that if
we cancel it within 14 days we will get a refund. It is not like I
intentionally process it. I only downloaded acrobat and was charged for
Export PDF. I cancelled it same day. I have been very patient with you
passing me to each other. Your policy is stating that I will get a refund
so YOU SHOULD give my money back. You said 3 to 5 business days. Time is
running.

Hello,
As you have mentioned above that you got charged just by downloading the application. That is not possible.
After downloading it ask you to create or sign in with the Adobe ID in order to purchase the service.

As you have purchased the service from Play Store, you need to get in touch with their support team to cancel the service.

So do you mean that by signing up on adobe you will be automatically
charged?so there is no way for you to use the services without being
charged? then why are you saying thatit is FREE to use the application?
