hi rickatk,

May I suggest an alternative option "Drag-and-Drop" to save the file to the iCloud Drive as below,

1. On your mobile device, log into the iCloud Drive

2. In Acrobat, press and hold to the PDF for 1-2 seconds, then slowly drag it away (The PDF should look detached)

3. Keep holding the PDF and use another finger (e.g. Thumb) to swipe up from the bottom of the Acrobat (Acrobat will be in the background)

4. Keep holding the PDF and again use another finger to tap on the "Files" app, choose "iCloud Drive", and continue to navigate to the location you want

5. Release the finger that holds the PDF in Step #2

Now, it should make a copy to iCloud Drive.

(see attached video recording)

Hope this helps.

It is possible to save your PDF's on your iPhone into iCloud using the following steps:

1.  Log into your iCloud account on the PC

2. Select the iCloud Drive icon and open it.

3.  Add new folder (using the the icon on the top with the + sign) with a name (I used "Acrobat").

4. Open the "Files" application on your iPhone.

5. Select "Locations> On My iPhone" . You should see the "Adobe Acrobat" folder.

6. Open it and hit the "Select"  (top right side).

7. Select  "Select All" and then the folder icon (left to the trase icon).

8. Select "iCloud Drive" and then your added folder (that you added in step #3).

9. Select "Copy"
