I have a premium account but have been told by Adobe Live Chat they cannot help as they are not experts on this account. They would not take details of the issue just referred me to this community.
I am hoping someone can help.
For the last 3 days the following message has appeared when I have attempted to open a document in Acrobat from MS OneDrive 'Something went wrong. Your file or folder could not be copied because an unexpected error occurred. Please try again later.'
Prior to this week I had no issued and it worked well.
Any ideas on how to fix this issue?
