Students are using Acrobat Reader to fill in the blanks on a standard science fair form.  the goal is to fill in the from and store it on their Google Drive in preparation for submission.  The student is able to download the app and install it... Once they get past the 13 year old questions (not sure why this is  criteria) they then try to add their Google Drive as a file storage source.  At this point they are informed the drive is not shareable outside of the domain (true) and the request is not authorized.  The students are only accessing their own drive to save / obtain the documents there is no sharing / sending outside of the domain .It is not clear why is thee a restriction and this access to the Google Drive is refused...  I can sent the full message test if required/requested...

Hi Vincemtx,

As you have mentioned above, the students are trying to add the Google drive as their file storage source.

Could you please confirm if they are trying to add the Google Drive account in the Adobe Acrobat Reader mobile application?

It would be helpful if you can share the complete error message they receive.

If possible, please share the screenshot of the screen and exact steps they do to complete the form and save it.

To share the screenshot, use the steps provided below:

- Click on the insert icon provided in the reply window as shown below:

- An Insert Image window will appear.

- Then click on Insert Image and browse the location where you have saved the screenshot file.

- Select the file and click on Open > Insert Image.

We will be waiting for your response.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Regards,

Meenakshi

Meenakshi;

Thank you for the response!!

To confirm, the students are receiving the message when they attempt to add

their Google Drive as a file storage option for the Adobe Reader Mobile App

on their iPads.

To be clear, the students are restricted from exchanging files from anyone

outside our domain (rcslakeland,.org) as required for student safety but in

this case the students are simply using the Google Drive as intermediate

storage for their own documents (not exchanging outside the domain)....

There are two messages, one asking them to authenticate followed by the

restriction message.

The messages they receive are attached.... Let me know if you need further

details...

Regards,

Vince

Hi Vince,

Sorry, as I cannot find any attachment or file in the last reply.

You will not be able to attach any document here on the forums.

You can either share the screenshot of the error message using the steps mentioned in reply 1.

Or you can share a link to the attachment file using the steps provided here How to share a file using Adobe Document Cloud.

Regards,

Meenakshi
