Text highlighted on iPad not searchable on desktop

Hello,

I used the iPad app to highlight text on a document, however when i open the document on acrobat reader dc on my computer the highlighted sections of text do not appear on the comments tracker and i have to highlight everything again. how can i fix this?

Hi Alejandroo,

Sorry for the delay in response.

I assume that you are referring to the document cloud files that you are sharing from Acrobat Reader mobile app to the Adobe Reader desktop application? Or sharing it through any other way?

Try Sign Out and Sign In back in the mobile application Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Now try making the changes to the document in iPad and see if that changes has been applied or not.

Also, check the application update in "AppStore" if anything is pending.
