I am trying to use an adobe dc distributed form on an ipad. The submit button will not work in Reader on the ipad.
After perusing answers to similar questions from several years ago, I installed 'readle' on the ipad. In that app, the submit button works, but just emails the whole filled form back, not the data, and when I open the attached form back on my pc, it does not register as a response on the tracker, which removes all the benefits of using a distributed form in the first place.
I am hoping that since the posts I was looking at were old, there may be some newer way to tackle this.
Please help!

Hi Rnoll,
Sorry for the delay in response.
As the submit button does not work on iPad, please make sure that you have created the submit button using the steps mentioned here Setting action buttons in PDF forms, Adobe Acrobat under the headline " Add a submit button".
Check if that helps.
If that does not work, would it be possible to share the PDF form with us and the workflow you do to add the submit button on the PDF?
To share the document in a private message, refer to the steps mentioned for initiating private message in this help link How Do I Send Private Message
You may share the PDF with us using the steps provided in this help document How to share a file using Adobe Document Cloud
Let us know if you need any help.
