Trouble in subscription

I have subscribed for one month adobe reader subscription but the features aren't activated. I've paid, I got receipt and it give that I am subscribed but in the app still not working. I tried the restore purchase but didn't work. I deleted the app and downloaded it again but also didn't work? What should I do? 
the app is on my iPhone

In your mobile device, open the Adobe Reader Mobile App, tap once on the user icon. Next, click on Help and Support to review troubleshooting guidance.

 

You should also click on "Manage Subscriptions". this will take you to the iTunes App Store to review any active subscriptions. It may be necessary to deactivate old subscriptions if you have any.
