We have deployed Adobe Acrobat Reader as managed app for iOS devices in Microsoft Intune. It was working fine till end of 2020. Now we are not able to apply the App Protection policies.

We have tried follow

but unfortunatly it is not helpful.

Now when ever we try to open any .PDF file from outlook or onedrive we are getting error(Action Not Allowed. your organisation only allows you to transfer its data to managed apps).

We are also in touch with Microsoft, they are investigating on thier side. So please help us to find a solution as soon as possible.

It it by design you cannot use pdf and audio files on managed outlook unless you exempt that app under exempt option in App protection . When you select Exempt you have to specify App Name under name and Bundle ID of that App under Value
