As you get the "Access denied" error message, could you please confirm if you get this error message when trying to login to Adobe Acrobat Reader application on iOS or on Adobe.com website on the mobile browser.
Did you check if you receive the same error when you try to log-in from the desktop application or the browser?
It would be helpful if you can share the screenshot of the page where you receive the error message.
