Hi, I’ve been having problems for a while now with only some of the docs I’ve uploaded to the Adobe Document Cloud (and which I could previously see) now being viewable in my iPhone 6+ Reader app.

Of more immediate concern, files I’ve uploaded tonight (and which my laptop tells me have been uploaded) are now not appearing at all on my iPhone Reader app.

I’ve tried re-installing the new 18.10.02 version but it still doesn’t work.  Nothing I upload on my laptop will appear in my phone.  Anyone have any idea what might be wrong?  Cheers, Damian

Hi Damaino,

Sorry for the delay in response.

As you are not able to find the PDFs on the mobile application that you upload to the Document Cloud.

Please make sure that you are using the same Adobe ID (email address) and password to log in to your mobile application and the Document Cloud,

Also, make sure when you upload the file, it gets saved successfully to the Document Cloud,

Go to Adobe Document Cloud and check if the files are still there.

Open the link and go to Files. Check if the file is listed there or not.

To view the Document Cloud files on the device after the update, refer to the steps mentioned below:

- Launch the Adobe Acrobat Reader application on the device.

- Click on "Files" at the bottom.

- Then at the top left, you will find an option "Locations". Click on that.

- Select "Document Cloud" option.

Check if you can find the documents there.

Let us know how it goes.

If the issue is already resolved, please update the thread.

Regards,

Meenakshi
