Uploading files from Adobe cloud online (online form filling requiring uploading documents)

Hi

pls I need help uploading my documents on a form I'm filling online. When I click on the browse feature, and it takes me to the document I realise that they appear translucent with a download sign at the top right hand corner of the document, as if the file is not available. Yet it has been uploaded on drop box, google drive and the Adobe document cloud. But in all these locations is still inaccessible, pls help me. Thanks
