Where are my pdf's stored?

Using your app on my Samsung Galaxy S8  I am able to open old  pdf files that I had previously deleted using MY FILES >DOWNLOADS. These files were not ever saved on the Cloud.

I searched for these old documents on my phone & my sd card using MY FILES but I cannot find their locations. I have show hidden files selected.

Can you tell me where these pdf files are stored on my S8?

Sorry for the delay in response.

As you have mentioned that you can view your old files in the application, however, not able to find them on the device.

Could you please let us know where exactly you view those files in Adobe Acrobat Reader?

You must be opening it from some location mentioned in the application.

Please check the location name at the top of the screen where you can view the files listed.

If possible can you share the screenshot of the screen where the files are listed in the application?

To share the screenshot, use the steps provided below:

- Click on the insert icon provided in the reply window as shown below:

- An Insert Image window will appear.

- Then click on Insert Image and browse the location where you have saved the screenshot file.

- Select the file and click on Open > Insert Image.

Share the application version and OS installed on the device.
