Hi Dvorotilin,

Sorry for the delay in response.

I have tried to replicate the same behavior on our end with the same OS and application version.

However, it opens the same page of the PDF where I had last time.

Please check if you experience this behavior with a particular PDF.

Try to replicate the same with multiple files.

Check if you experience the same behavior.

Also try once to sign out of the application and reboot the device.

Then sign in again and check if that makes any difference.

Let us know if the issue occurs with all the files.

Regards,

Meenakshi

Hi Dvorotilin,

Adobe Acrobat Reader for the mobile application does remember the last page viewed.

The application will open the same page number that you have last viewed.

I have replicated the issue at our end. It works fine here.

Make sure that the application is updated to the latest version.

Try once to sign out of the application and reboot the device.

Then sign in again and check if that helps.

Try to check with multiple PDFs.

If you experience the similar behavior, please provide us the information asked below:

- Application version

- OS version

- Make and model of the device

- Did you check it on other devices? If yes, did you experience the same behavior?

- Did you experience this behavior with some particular documents? If yes, is it possible to share any of them?

Let us know how it goes.

We will be waiting for your response.

Regards,

Meenakshi
