I see that Adobe Readere has discontinued the use of Flash. My question is: When I have a file uploaded to a serever. When accessing that file in a computer that has no flash. would the file be corrupt, unreadable or inaccurate. Just trying to remedy a problem. thanks

Adobe Flash has been discontinued entirely, not just in Reader.
The answer to your question depends on the situation: How was Flash used in the file? What application (including version number) is used by the person opening the file? etc.

Ok, if Flash was needed there would be an error message mentioning Flash.
I don't know really whaty you mean by "It is not the same size as original when they open it. " except to guess... Files, including PDFs don't have a fixed size on screen, they could be any size, and you cannot control it. There is no way for you, for example, to guarantee your design will be 3 x 5 actual inches on any one's computer screen. (Priting out is a slightly different story)
