Acrobat does not work

Hi.

 

I need your help. After downloading Acrobat from Creative Cloud I had a significant problem. It does not work, after opening it, everything seems blank (see image), also it asks me to authorize you to use confidential information (see image). I have uninstalled and installed it but it always happens the same. I appreciate you help me solve my problem. Thank you

We are sorry for the trouble. As described the application is opening at a blank screen

 

Please remove the application using the Acroat cleaner tool https://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html , reboot the computer once and reinstall the application using the link https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/acrobat-downloads.html
