Dear Sir or Madam,

I always use the comment tools on Acrobat Reader, but today, when I try to insert a comment to any PDF that I've tried, it crashes. Just with the first comment.

I tried everything I've seen in other similar posts:

-updated my Nvidia graphics drivers (RTX 2070)

-reinstalled Adobe Acrobat Reader (latest version)

-accepted the EULA.exe

-repaired Adobe Acrobat Reader

-please remove the application using the Acrobat Cleaner Tool https://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html, reboot the computer once and reinstall the application using the link https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

I have even tried to collect the crash logs, but after following all the steps, I don't know why the crashdumps folder doesn't appear anywhere.
Could you please help with this issue.

Thank you very much and best regards,

Jose
