Acrobat Reader DC in server

Hi All;

I am having question regarding the legal installation of Acrobat reader DC. I know it is a free software but when view the software license agreement(https://www.adobe.com/content/dam/acom/en/legal/licenses-terms/pdf/Reader-EULA-en_US-20181207.pdf ) it stated below:

So does it still valid with the previous post where we just need sign the distribution license agreement so we'll not violate the agreement or we need to have license in order to install in server?
