Acrobat Reader problem

Suddenly Acrobat Reader does not open anymore; I'm on Widows 10. Tried repair, re-installed but nothing works.

As mentioned Adobe Reader doesn not open anymore. Have you started experiencing this problem recently after making any change?

Would you mind confirming the exact version? Open Acrobat Reader>Help>About Acrobat Reader

You may also try the following steps-

1- Reboot your system once.

2- If you haven't installed any update, then Open Acrobat Reader>Help>Chcek for update.

3- When nothing works, run the cleaner tool once and remove the application: http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html 

Install Adobe Reader DC: https://get.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/

Thanks.  I couldn’t find the version as I couldn’t open the program but then I found that I could start the troubleshooter, and after running the compatibility troubleshooter the problem was fixed!
