acrobat reader recent files

Hi, 

today I was working on acrobat reader (Mac) when suddenly all my recent files were deleted!

How can I recover all my files?

Does you clear the list of recent files or does you delete the files?

Chances are your recent files are still right where you left them but you cleared the "Recent" files list. You just need to search for them and open them again then they will be back on that list.

Thanks for writing to us. 

As mentioned by others as well, files somehow got cleared and you need to open them again and they will be back in your recent file list. I hope you are able to open your files again. 
Do let me know if you face any issue in populating your recent list

In other words, Adobe's update process cleared your recent file list but Charu isn't allowed to say that directly.
