What do I need to do to open older files that Reader is unable to open?
I am using the current version of the software.
I get this error:
What has caused this to happen? Did it happen as the result of a Reader software upgrade?
Can you share one of this files?
There is no way to attach a file. Please advise.
I am unable to upload my examples.
I get the following error messages when I try to Post.
"The attachment's testamentary trusts.pdf content type (application/pdf) does not match its file extension and has been removed."
One example was 2 files created 20 minutes apart....1 file opens, the other doesn't.
You can share the file on documentcloud.adobe.com
I uploaded the files as suggested.
When I try to create a Share link to the documents I get an error message saying "This file can't be sent for viewing".
Looks like that it is not a PDF file or it is empty.
What can you see when you open the file in Notepad?
It looks like it is empty.
The file size indicates that there should be contents in the file.
A empty file is not a PDF file.
hello! my school computer is a lenvo and i need help taking off the child protection service! *TW: THIS WILL NOT BE PERMINATE* Im on my winter break rn and i dont have any other computer so i want to watch shows, JUST TO BE CLEAR, i have asked my teachers if this would be ok and they said as long as nothing innapropriate is on your history; so if anyone could help out that would be greatly appreciated!
Ariane, sorry, you have posted in a forum dedicated only to the Acrobat Reader product, which has no child protection features. I think you need to find help elsewhere.
How does you use this when the file can't be open?
