Acrobat Reader won't let several customers print.

Dear people,

With several customers we have the issue that if we try to print a .pdf file that the loading bar pops up and it stays on 0%.

After several seconds there comes a pop-up saying: "The document can't be printed".

You can press "OK" and then you get another pop-up saying "An error occured while printing a document".

We tried several .pdf files and the same problem occurs every time while if we try to print the same .pdf in Word it works fine.

Even tried reïnstalling Adobe Reader and then it still won't work.

Tried working with Foxit Reader and that works fine but we rather use Acrobat Reader.

(For the none Dutch people, these are the errors in Dutch)

Thanks for sharing the detailed information.

We have been following up for the same issue reported by one another customer. Would you please refer to the forum thread where similar issue has been discussed - Unable to print some documents

Follow the basic troubleshooting steps suggested and if that doesn't work for you as well, then please share a sample .pdf file with us via email. We would like to check the same at our end to see whether issue is reproducible or not.

"You can share the file with us via email. And you can send it to the email that is shared via private message. Please do mention your forum thread in the subject"
