Hi i was wondering if you offer a free liscense or discounts for a charity organsiation for adobe reader?

Adobe Reader is free.

the basic is yes but i require file encryption which is not a free feature

Then what you need is called Adobe Acrobat, not Adobe Reader.

And Adobe does offer discounts for volume licenses and non-profits. You should contact them directly to get further details.
