AcroRd32.exe - Application Error

Hello. My system:
Windows Server 2012R2.
Virtual machine on vmware esxi. I decided to understand this problem, reinstallation does not help. Please help.

After installing Acrobat when it starts, an error occurs:

After changing the compatibility mode on windows 8, it worked. I did it through the compatibility fix wizard. So far, everything is working.

I went further in the program settings. Editing -> Settings -> Protection (advanced level) there is a disconnect item, but you won’t get there. To get around this, you can in the registry along the path HKLM \ Software \ policies \ adobe \ acrobat reader \ * name mashine * \ FeatureLockDown create a DWORD called bProtectedMode and assign it 0. After that, everything should work.

I found out that in compatibility mode with windows xp sp3, it opens and works only in unprotected mode. I look further, I will be glad if anyone helps.
