Add on tool to insert the same page after every page?

Hello. My company previously had under the "add on" section a tool that allowed you to insert the same page after every page or after a certain amount of pages. We had a company wide update and now that tool is missing. Does anyone know what the tool is? We previously bought it from Adobe, I believe.

And just to clarify, it will not work in Reader. You must have Acrobat to be able to use it.
