I have  a user with Adobe Acrobat 2017 Pro.  Prior to upgrading to 64 bit Office everything worked fine.  Since upgrading to 64 bit Office, no Excel files will convert to PDF or combine.  All other 64 bit Office files convert just fine.  The error message is "No pdf file was created  because Adobe Acrobat encountered an unidentified error".  This was first encountered trying to combine files, but it also will not convert single files.  Any help would be amazing!

Hi Adalia,

Thank you for reaching out.

As you have mentioned above, you receive an error when try to create or combine excel files to PDF.

Could you please provide more details about the issue for further investigation:

- Share the application version number. (https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/identify-product-version.html)

- What is the OS version on the machine?

- Did you check if the isue occurs with all the Excel files? Try creating a new excel test file and then convert it to PDF.

- Share the exact workflow you do to create PDF from the Excel sheet and the screenshot of the error message.

We will be waiting for your response.

Let us know if you need any help.

Regards,

Meenakshi
