I had Version 19 installed but since I could not make the Arabic Font Package work I installed Version 20 hoping my problem would be solved. This version too encounters the same issue so I am not able to open Arabic text documents. Could someone please provide the link for Arabic Font Package for this version please.
Thanks for writing!
Please find the download link for font pack: https://supportdownloads.adobe.com/thankyou.jsp?ftpID=6839&fileID=6837. File Name is "FontPack1902120058_XtdAlf_Lang_DC.msi"
"Adobe Acrobat Reader" must be installed before installing this font pack.
Hope this helps.

There is no Arabic font package and never has been! The link given is the only font pack and Arabic is not part of it, and not needed. What specific problem do you face?

Thanks for the reply. While opening PDF I sometimes get the error "A font package is required to correctly display this page" and this typically happens with files which have some Arabic text. If a file contains only English text it opens fine.

Thank you for the reply. Although these files contain Arabic text, I think they may also contain other things. (We see this for example with files made by some scanners). The actual fonts included are for Chinese, Korean and Japanese.
The font package link provided is the only one, I think. What error do you get when you install it?

The font package installs fine but the issue contiues. Also if it may help, both English & English/Arabic documents I'm trying to open are system generated by SAP and these are not scanned.
I'm also able to open both types of documents in the browser or in another PDF reader but as an organisation we have standardised on Adobe and are not allowed to have other PDF readers. A lot of my collegaues in the Middle East have reported this issue after we moved to work with SAP few weeks back.
