We recently upgraded our system which included upgrades to Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.
Our engineering documentation uses a PDF graphical directory where the client need only click on a button to open a subordiante document on a specific subject. This graphical directory was generated using MS Visio Professional and contains hundreds of hyperlinks to external PDF documents. This worked well using Adobe Reader XI.
We have recently discovered that our directories containing these links still work for internal links (from page to page within the directory but no longer open the external files using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.
We have confirmed via a stand-alone test station that has yet to be upgraded that these file still work using Adobe Reader XI.
Please advise on the necessary settings in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC to rectify this problem.
