Having issues while filling out a PDF. When I type in information in one box, Adobe is automatically changing/ mirroring this in another text box. Also, when I select a check box, it is automatically selecting check boxes throughout the PDF. Can't seem to enter any information without it changing it somewhere else on the page. How do I fix this?

Thanks!

Hi,

You've posted your inquiry under Adobe Acrobat Reader.

In the video the PDF is used with the Adobe Reader Mobile app.

It seems like when the author of the PDF  created the fields, they were copy and pasted without changing the field names.

Can you check with the creator of the PDF form if this is the issue?.

If you're familiarized with PDF editing, and have a computer available, you can download and install the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC free trial version and inspect the field names.

As long as the PDF is not restricted for editing, you should be able to correct and fix this with Acrobat Pro.
