Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Not Responding

Hello, My name is Caroline Carbaugh and I am a blind user of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and I mainly use it for translating PDF's in to readable files in to another accessible software. Basically, when I try to print some statistics chapters to the software that I want to print it to, it flattens and eventually doesn't respond. I know that my documents that I am trying to do this process with have a lot of graphs in them so that could be part of the problem, but I don't know for sure. Also, for your information, I have tried checking for updates and repairing installation and I still get the same problem. I also have the free version. If anyone has any tips or tricks, I would really appreciate it thank you.
