Hi, I have been sent here by your specialists because they said my issue is with billing. I purchased the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC on May 20, 2019 according to my credit card. Your specialists said my account is inactive, it should not be. Please turn it on and contact me to let me know what is happening.

Thank you,

Ellen

This is a public forum so please, don't give personal info.

That being said, there isn't anything us fellow users can do if it is indeed a billing issue. Not sure why they would tell you that. BUT, Adobe Acrobat Reader is free so there shouldn't be any billing issue.

Can you tell us exactly what it was you purchased? If we know that, we can get your question in the proper forum for that product.

Hi Ellen,

Sorry to hear about the trouble. We apologize for the delay in response to your query too.

I did check your account registered with the same email address. You are a subscriber of Adobe Export PDF, which is an online service. There's nothing called Adobe Reader purchase. What you have got, can alternatively be accessed through Adobe Reader D.

Here is how you can access your Export PDF service: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/document-cloud/help/using-exportpdf.html

Hope this answers your query.

Thanks,

Akanchha
