I had adobe tech support on my computer to troubleshoot but they were unable to get the acrobat reader to install successfully. I am running MS Windows Pro 64bit OS. The installation process will get to 90% and sit for 20-30 minutes then fail. It was working fine last week. Has anyone else had this problem and can you suggest how to fix this? Thanks

Could you please share the following information:

  1. Version of Reader you trying to install.
  2. Exact error (or screenshot) you are getting while installing reader.
  3. From where this installer was downloaded.

Thanks

Version: Reader DC 2020.009.20063. No error other than it could not complete installation. I believe it just timed out.

I installed the version from https://get.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/
