We have Adobe Reader DC (free) and are trying to print quarterly reports for payroll from Intuit Desktop. They hit the print button and nothing happens. When you view in task manager, it will show as many Adobe Reader running but nothing is popping up. It's a Windows 10 system.
If you kill all of those, then open Adobe Reader first and then click print from QuickBooks it will open. It's a work around for now but they shouldn't have to do it.
