Adobe application crashes

Hi All,

Adobe crashes every time I try to open some pdf files either directly from desktop or from web portal. I am attached the screenshot with error details. Please help.

 

I am running it on Windows server 2012 R2 and currently I have have installed Adobe acrobat Reader DC version.

0xc000001d is a Windows error code. It's possible that a file used to run the appliacation is damaged. Try to reinstall the application. It it doesn't fix the problem, check the windows event logs for more details about the problem.
