Adobe Crash when we digitally sign a document, worked after 5 tries, but issue persists after that

Hi, 

Everytime we try to sign a document, adobe just closed right after we try to sign any doc with no error messages. If we try it again several times works for a while but then crashes again. this is happening in multiple PCs all of them with latest version  2020.012.20048

We tried to reinstall several times with the same results. I saw other posts even from 2016 mentioning the exact same problem? We will apprecaite any help to determine what is causing this and how to fix it since this is impacting an University's Institute of Investigation.
