I have been using convertor form more than a year now to convert pdf to word documents and for the past month-even when I am already signed in, I get message 'an error occurred while signing in'. Then I have to go to the website and sign in 3 more times, download the PDF document and then finally get it converted. Extremely time consuming. Please advise.

Hi Shayh46281077,
Since it is a subscription for Adobe Export PDF you should be able to access it through the Adobe Reader application.
Could you please confirm the version of the Adobe Reader you are working on?
For the details of latest patch, you may refer to-Release Notes | Adobe Acrobat, Reader
Use this cleaner tool to remove the software- Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs
Re-download it through- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

Akanchha
