Unfortunately, Adobe decided to disable those download pages (click the link in this thread and see what happens...).

So where are people supposed to get it from now? I've reported this issue and got no straight answer from Adobe.

just a passed by and found some infomation might be useful...
32-bit Font Pack and Spelling Dictionary | Acrobat Reader DC (adobe.com)
Now adobe provides Font-Pack with Spelling Dictionary as above link. And seems like they decided change the names "Extended Asian Font Pack" to just "Font Pack".

Unfortunately it seems that officially only supports 32-bit verison...
